The Phantom Light is an Immortal Artifact offered during the months of October and November. It is a sphere of pure mystical energy that draws on the unique power of this time of year. The Phantom Light is an open Immortal Artifact that can be created by Immortals of the Underworld, Night, Darkness, Death, Monsters, Trickery, Magick, Earth, Nature, Seasons, Hunting, Harvest, Prosperity, and Light, among others who fall into the powers of the Halloween/Samhain time of year. Depending on the creator, the Phantom Light is capable of wildly varied things, but its core function is to serve as a source of energy and knowledge. It is quite potent, as it works on a subconscious level, rather than conscious, so you can evolve in incredible and surprising ways in response to owning one. Its energy also begins from the foundation of your being, slowly radiating upward to reshape you to be more in tune with what unique powers it offers.
This description is probably sounding as mysterious as it is confusing, so allow me to give an example. Lets say Isis creates a Phantom Light. It would be imbued with her magickal power. From there, the Phantom Light would be able to aid with magickal potency or perhaps the fundamental understanding of magickal forces. Both are connected but still separate. Also it would only embody one of these powers. Owning this Phantom Light would allow you to bring forth that energy, which would give you insight into its purpose but it would also begin to reshape you organically so you are more resonant with its purpose. It is fantastically effective!
Each Phantom Light is a sphere of energy, but their appearances are influenced by their creator. A Phantom Light from Nyx may be black with an outer shell of constellations, for instance. They are also fairly easy to sense and are quite responsive to mental and verbal commands.
You shall find an improved resonance with whichever Immortal creates the Phantom Light for you. Building up this resonance can make your Phantom Light more vibrant. Also, it may grow more powerful over time.
