The phenomenon of a companion being born from a Spark is rather common in higher dimensions, especially in dimensions where matrices of energy flow like great rivers rather than the comparative trickling creek of our own plane. It’s a flash of energy, soul, and manifestation that structures itself not unlike a crystalline matrix, but rather than forming a crystal, it forms a being. Some studied individuals within Immortal Realms believe this to be the purest form of creation, mimicking what they widely regard to be the original shaping of thought and life in the present Universe.
Beings formed by a Spark tend to be quite magickal in nature and often have very, very strong presences. The method of their creation allows them to be tapped into the fabric of reality and the universe, therefore giving them a greater ability to interact and bypass some physical laws that can hold other beings back. Manifestations are more common as they do not require as much energy to interact as other beings. They often bond quite quickly and become deeply loved companions.
For this service, the Immortal can angle this creation process to birth something a little more specific. These beings can be a touch random in their creation, but they can be shaped along a limited list of preferences. They need a form that this power is going to shape itself around and fill, but it may take on additional characteristics, depending on an innumerable amount of factors. Keep in mind whether you are interested in a humanoid, creature, or other form of being. Gender, basic personality traits, an interest in romance or sex, basic overall appearance or aesthetic, and a generic role, such as protector or healer, are all baseline preferences to consider as well.
Naturally, given that an Immortal’s Power is the base and catalyst for this companion, building a stronger relationship with that Immortal is going to lead to more potent experiences and interactions with this companion. It is not necessary, but it is overall beneficial. A simple candle in thanks is sometimes enough.
