This Demeter’s Aether Leaf Companion is named B.

Race Information
Demeter’s Aether Leaf Companions are powerful entities created from a special tree whose roots reach down to the lowest vibration and whose branches rise to the highest. Every fiber of this wondrous tree radiates with pure, magickal power, brimming with the forces of creation, chaos, and harmony. Its energies are so intense that few can approach it, and thus its existence is known to few. Demeter tends to this tree, thinking of it almost like a child. For the purpose of this listing, Demeter will take a leaf from the tree and will use it to shape a companion. The resulting entity is highly magickal, but each one is unique, having their own specialties, personalities, magickal influences, and appearances. Often, the entities are animals, but humanoids can also be created. These beings have two forms, one made of leaves and the other looking like their ordinary counterpart.

Those who spend time in the company of an Aether Leaf Companion will find the core of their being stirred by the companion’s magnificent energy. This can result in things like the awakening and strengthening of magickal powers and spiritual abilities, the recovery of past life memories, a building connection with the akashic records, the emerging of dormant natural talents and abilities, the gentle morphing of one’s physical form to reflect the inner self, understanding of the self and one’s motivations, insight into how one may be blocking their own progress in life, healing of trauma on all levels over time, cleansing of the aura and chakras, improved connection with the spirit and astral planes, among much more. These powerful effects come from just being in the presence of an Aether Leaf Companion, but combined with what they can do actively, they are an incredible addition to any family.

Aether Leaf PreConjured Companions are a little different than the ordinary custom listing. They are a being that are inspired into existence, rather than something cultivated, much like a spark turning a dream into reality. It is a potential existence made into actuality. Of course, this spark can also be nudged by Demeter, but without an intended human, they form a little differently, being a self contained and independent being unlike the custom listing which can sometimes utilize a little of their future keeper’s energy in their shaping. Unlike the custom listing which holds a strong connection to their human initially, these companions are self contained and their own being, but will bond all the same. These are only technical differences, it is fairly similar to the original listing.

Appearance
As a Demeter’s Aether Leaf Owl, B appears with two forms, one composed of leaves and one that appears like a physical creature.

B’s leafy form appears with red, orange, golden metallic leaf-like feathers with green fringes on some of them and sapphire blue eyes. His metallic feathers are often in the same region as red, orange, and golden, sometimes being more toward one color than another. He is almost like autumn in motion. He is the size of a medium owl.

B’s more ordinary form is that of an owl who is mostly a dark smokey gray with a silver face and lavender eyes.

Personality
B is a wise, insightful, and playful companion. He is loyal, one who undoubtedly wishes to both serve and stimulate. Stimulate in terms of growth of character and mind, helping each day bring something new. He encourages his human to engage with challenges bravely in order to more fully reap what lessons life has to offer. He can be a bit witty at times and would enjoy someone who can rise to challenge his coy communication with a wit of their own, but this is not necessary. He is direct when it comes to important matters, making the heart of a situation understood as concisely as he can. At times, this can be a little blunt but with a strong bond, it’ll be quite rewarding to take advantage of what he has to share.

Capabilities
Aid with Dreamwork. B aids primarily with dreamwork, which is essentially mastering the art of dreaming and learning how to engage with dream efforts more fruitfully, be it related to remembering, communicating with companions, astral travel, premonitions, or lucid dreaming, among others. He is a guide and a support, providing mentorship and insight while also providing energetic support and magickal workings to help you reach your goals. He'll help you become aware of your innate capabilities and will help you grow from there.

Dream Protection. B is capable of providing protection of one's dreamscape, during astral travel, and of one's sleeping self. He has a variety of methods, often overlapping simple with complex in an effective weaving of Magick. He is extraordinarily effective and while he is an excellent worker of magick, he is quite the threat with his talons as well. Regardless of what space he’s in, B’s talons are able to rip into spiritual energy and an entity’s flesh alike. His size offers him speed and he goes for the weakest points. He is an excellent all around protector.

Abundance, Prosperity, Desire. B is also tied to energies of abundance, prosperity, and desire in a many layered way. In essence, he aids with stabilizing what you want with what you need, giving a nice balanced foundation for you to both feel secure but can also be impulsive, should the desire strike you. While he is often in the mindset of putting one’s money toward worthy purchases, sometimes buying something a little silly or indulgent can go a long way in terms of self-care and mood. He offers sage advice about when such a time is happening and is especially auspicious. Otherwise, he’ll help you keep to advancing your life goals in both the short and long terms.

Communication
B communicates quite strongly through telepathy, visions, and dreams. He can be quite the conversationalist once he gets going. His dream presence is normally gentle and smooth. His presence otherwise tends to be golden yet earth, sometimes with a hint of silver or lavender. He knows how to blend in or become quite noticeable, depending on his mood.

Likes
B has a very specific request for his future human. He wants a tiny stuffed mouse like the ones cats play with. I can only assume his attention has been brought to my own cats’ toy and now he wants one. Other toys, or even things, he can put in his mouth, like beads or an unsharpened pencil, make for good gifts. Aside from this, he is quite good at entertaining himself when he wants to. He often will play in the plants and trees in and around your home.

His favorite foods are celery and carrots and basically anything else you eat in his presence because he wants to try everything you are eating. That’s basically a toned down paraphrase because he said it more along the lines of “I CLAIM EVERYTHING IN MY PRESENCE. THIS IS MY DOMAIN.”

Amethyst, especially a really dark one, is an excellent crystal he can use to empower his efforts. Other crystals that are high energy, connect to dreams or the astral, or have ties to prosperity are wonderful candidates as well. Garnet is a quality stone for him in this last regard.

Lighting incense or candles in offering to him individually or as part of a group allows more of his energy to come through, raising his resonance and improving bonding

Making offerings to the parent Immortal in thanks or in honor will likewise improve the potency of beings related to the parent Immortal as this lets more of the parent Immortal’s energy through. Further building a relationship, friendship, or partnership with the parent Immortal will provide greater experiences, but only if this interests you. The parent Immortal does not demand it and only wishes for you to learn, grow, and more than anything enjoy the companion they have selected for you.
