Tyches Luck Totem is an Immortal Artifact that helps you connect to the forces of luck and prosperity. An Immortal Artifact is a non-physical object that exists on the spirit and astral planes. The Luck Totem appears differently for everyone and even its abilities do not manifest in the exact same way. It often has a quirky appearance, like a ripped playing card, a lackluster pebble, or a chipped obsidian chess piece, but it can also be elegant things like a gemstone or a bracelet. Powerful energies related to all kinds of luck course through it, and it will bestow one of these types of luck to anyone who possesses it for a time. It cannot be felt or seen by anyone but the owner, so no one ever has to know it is there. Its energy is usually gold and spritely.
Often, luck is thought of as a singular thing, but Tyches Luck Totem divides it into various types, and will bring forth a different type for each person. For one person, it may bring luck to scratch offs, to another it may bring luck with love, and yet another it may bring luck with finding great deals. It is different for each person, and much like luck itself, it will occasionally shift where it will apply its luck energies. Over time as you resonate with the Luck Totem, you will get a sense of which type of luck it is empowering, and you will know the best time to engage with it. This shift in luck cannot be controlled. It also may warn you when you are about to do something luck-related that will bring bad results, however, this is not 100% of the time. Much like luck itself, this warning can be fickle.
Tyches Luck Totem is Shifting Arts, meaning it will take a spot on the spectrum that its owner resonates best with.
Naturally, owning a Luck Totem will improve your connection to Tyche. Working with Tyche is not necessary to bond with a Luck Totem successfully, but if Tyche takes a liking to you, she may initiate contact.
