It is an immortal artifact, meaning it resides exclusively in the astral and spirit planes, and takes the form of a crystal sphere containing pure, swirling sunfire. The sunfire often appears bright shimmering gold, a darker burning red, a vibrant intense orange, or a darker, brooding gold. Often it will be parts of these colors mixed together. Radiant and resplendent, the sun has provoked thoughts, ponderings, and associations with eternal, limitless knowledge since the beginning of humanity. The Solar Pylon can be used to further develop the mind, gain more out of lessons learned, seek new avenues of knowledge, tap into soul lessons, refresh the mind or stimulate specific neural pathways, among other things.
The Solar Pylon of DestructionThe Solar Pylon of Destruction taps into the Sun’s fiery powers of destruction, purposed specifically for defense. The sun is associated as much with its wrathful fire as it is its brilliant light. Whether creating deserts in mythic stories for being too close or sending off highly volatile flares that threaten our modern technological infrastructure, the sun is known as a potentially destructive force. This same power is contained within this Solar Pylon, and can be funneled toward defensive means, whether it is barriers, supercharging spells or wards, channeling its power directly in times of threat, or weaving spells directly from its energy. It is an endless source, limited by your imagination.
