Demeter's Harvest Hare

Harvest Hare is an entity created by Demeter. It is normally a small hare that hops around on all fours but can stand up and on two legs, normally being about three to four feet in height. It has an energy thats light and wholesome, but also very earthy, feeling like maturing stalks of wheat swaying in the wind. It is an adorable, cheerful hare that resonates with the power of harvesting. They are marvelously intelligent and wishmasters. Essentially, you give the hare a wish and it plants it as a seed somewhere in your life. As this seed grows, youll start to see energies of this wish come your way, until the seed matures and the wish is complete. The Harvest Hare is about patience and works well with long-term wishes that work to improve your overall life, but can also utilize short-term wishes with startling efficiency. It does not manipulate people but will manipulate opportunities and experiences that affect your personal energy so you may resonate with those experiences. Harvest Hares are experienced wish casters, and know the right thing to say to get exactly what it is you want.

The power of the wishes lies in its seed, named the Wish Seed. The Harvest Hare has full understanding of how to use this effectively and efficiently to help change their keepers life. It carries these seeds in a small pouch strapped around its neck. Over the course of your Harvest Hare casting wishes, the seeds will grow more powerful and will evolve. Your Harvest Hare will always seek to make the most efficient wish possible, given the power of its Wish Seed. It will take your wishes as a directive, dissecting what you intend and what you worded and will make the wish keeping those two in mind. If you give it permission, it will also cast wishes without your instruction, but may ask you each time it does. It has the power of foresight, so it knows exactly how each wish will affect you. It also can help you understand wish magick on your own and can teach you the proper way to word wishes and keep in mind while casting them, which will also help for casting wishes with your other spirits.

The Harvest Hare also makes for an excellent guide when it comes to planning out goals and providing the steps you need to complete those goals. Be them large or small, a Harvest Hare can be indispensable in providing life advice and helping you be where you want to be. Not only that, the Harvest is excellent at bringing both opportunities and the proper energy for you to utilize those opportunities. On its own, it is an incredible magick and energy worker, and can provide things to you that are outside of wishes when you need it. The Harvest Hare has a shifting energetic resonance, meaning it will change from White Arts to Gray Arts to Dark Arts and back through, depending on a few factors. One factor is what energy a wish or working will need for it to be strongest and the Harvest Hare will make itself that energy, resonating with the wish so it can be as strong as it can. The Harvest Hare also changes its resonance depending on its keeper, shifting to be the energy that their keeper works and senses best with.

Should you become closely bonded with your Harvest Hare, it will start giving you Wish Seeds, some that are very hard to find and are unique. Naturally, having a Harvest Hare in your keep will improve your connection to Demeter. Working with Demeter is not necessary to bond with a Harvest Hare successfully, but if Demeter takes a liking to you, she may initiate contact.
